Surface Pattern Design Exclusive License

All our design are made for Global exclusive license, Semi-exclusive license and Limited exclusive license. Please contact Customer Service for consulting a suitable license for your porducts.

Global exclusive license

1. Grantee use the pattern in all product groups globally.

2. Global exclusive license permits Grantee an exclusive right to manufacture, distribute and sell the merchandise, also the right to reproduce the image on the Grantee's website and all other Grantee promotional materials. 

3. The pattern and images will be removed from the site once purchased.

4. The Exclusive rights give Grantee usage rights beyond any geographical region.

5. If need be, we can prolong the term with design royalties that are based on the sales.

 

Semi-exclusive license

1. Grantee uses the pattern either in one market for all product groups or globally for one product group. 

2. We sell only one semi-exclusive license for each pattern, the rest will be only with limited exclusive terms.

3. With the Semi-exclusive license, Grantees are the exclusive holder of the pattern either globally for one product group OR for all product groups for one market. 

4. If need be, we can prolong the term with design royalties that are based on the sales.

 

Limited exclusive license

1. Grantee uses the pattern in one market in one product group.

2. This type of license is perfect for companies that are operating in a specific market with specific products. It is suitable for companies that are still looking for their visual identity, and can not afford their own pattern designs. 

3. If need be, we can prolong the term with design royalties that are based on the sales.
